Sport should open doors — not create risk. BoostPlay gives athletes, families, clubs and supporters clear ways to report concerns and understand how younger athletes are protected.

BoostPlay separates public sporting identity from account and financial authority. Under-13 profiles are guardian-managed. Athletes aged 13–17 can have their sporting identity while an authorised adult holds financial authority and consent responsibilities.
Safety reports go to BoostPlay’s private safety channel for manual review by an authorised operator. We may preserve relevant records, restrict content or accounts, ask for more information, or escalate a matter where appropriate.
Do not send passwords, card numbers, authentication codes or other account secrets in a report.
BoostPlay is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger or a crime may be occurring, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority first.
